Hill-climb action returns at Top Trails with Southern Bounty Series! This year we’re putting a $16,000 bounty on 5-Hills. Catch the high-flying action as drivers put their machine to the test on the 5-Hills competition course to score the best time and take home the prize. A huge thank you to SBS for teaming up with us to put on a great show for our fans and supporting a very worthy and growing cause.

– Registration for the race will happen the day of the event at the Southern Bounty Series Tent located at 5-hills.

1 – ROCK BOUNCER CLASS
 
1.1 – Roll cage tied into the frame. If roll cage is damaged or dented and jeopardizes the structural ability of of the cage, SBS officials will determine if the machine is safe to race.
 
1.2 – Front-engine machines only, no UTV production-style engines or drivelines
 
1.3 – 5pt. Harness is the minimum requirement for seat belts
 
1.4 – DOT Helmet must be worn (and buckled) at all times
 
1.5 – Hans/neck brace or foam neck braces are required
 
1.6 – Wrist Restraint or window nets/roof panels are required
 
1.7 – Fire suit must be worn while racing
 
1.8 – Each driver can only run one time per class, but machines may be run multiple times by different drivers
 
1.9 – Only one occupant (the driver) allowed inside the vehicle
 
1.10 – Eye protection required
 
1.11 – Driver must be secure before the machine moves
 
1.12 – Must have manual kill switch that shuts off fuel pump and ignition with one switch, and is easily reached by the driver
 
1.13 – Must have 1 working fire extinguishers easily reached by the driver
 
1.14 – Entry fee $100

2nd – $2000

2 – PRO UTV HILL CLIMB CLASS

3 – AVERAGE JOE’S HILL CLIMB CLASS
 
3.1 – Must Maintain Full OEM Chassis
 
3.2 – Gusseting and Cage upgrades are allowed for safety
 
3.3 – Upgraded suspension and driveline components are allowed, but must retain production-style components
 
3.4 – Hans/neck brace or foam neck braces are required
 
3.5 – 4pt. Harness is the minimum requirement for seat belts
 
3.6 – DOT Helmet must be worn (and buckled) at all times
 
3.7 – Each driver can only run one time per class, but machines may be run multiple times by different drivers
 
3.8 – Only one occupant (the driver) allowed inside the vehicle
