Rental Program Rules, Regulations & Policies:
$15 Admission must be purchased separately and is required for all drivers, riders, and anyone else entering park property. This fee will be included with your online booking.
All Drivers Must be 19+
If you will be carrying a passenger that is a minor (Under 19) you must be 25+ years of age to rent.
Drivers will be provided with the required head and eye protection upon arrival.
Cost of fuel for your rental machine is included in your rental. Top Trails staff will fuel your rental unit upon request during your ride.
All participants will be given a safety briefing and overview of the park at check-in.
Children riding in the rental unit must be tall enough for their feet to touch the floor, no car seats or booster seats are allowed.
Damage insurance for your rental machine is included in the purchase price. Your maximum out of pocket fee for repairs is $1,500 per vehicle.
All participants will be required to sign the Top Trails waiver and the Polaris Adventures waivers at the time of check-in. UNDER 19 Minor Waivers must be filled out for children who’s parents are not present.
