Get Ready for Party in the Park!

As with all of our big events, more people in the park means we have to be prepared and ready for our load-in/check-in process and aware of some unique regulations for the weekend.

Here’s What You Need To Know…

  • UNLIMITED TIRE SIZE FOR THIS EVENT!
  • OPEN FOR MONDAY RIDING ON LABOR DAY!
  • FREE PRIMITIVE CAMPING AVAILABLE – NO RESERVATION NEEDED
(Full hookups, cabin trailers, and bunkers are fully booked).
  • ANNUAL PASSES NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OR RENEWAL DURING THE EVENT WEEKEND
(due to the high volume of people checking in)
  • No admittance onto the property will be allowed if you’re under 19 without a parent.

ARRIVING AT Party in the Park:

HAVE YOUR ID WITH YOU AND READY AT CHECK IN. IF YOU’RE OF AGE TO CARRY AND ID YOU MUST HAVE IT WITH YOU AT CHECK IN.

IF YOU PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE HAVE YOUR TICKET READY TO DISPLAY FOR SCANNING!

We highly suggest taking a screen-shot of your tickets prior to your arrival as cellular service may have limited reception on the day of the event. We will need a screen shot of both the barcode AND your ticket type (Weekend Package, Saturday Only, Member, Child).

FASTPASS CHECK-IN: For FASTPASS check-in, ALL of the guests in your party must have their tickets on them and be ready to scan AND have completed their SmartWaiver online PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Top Trails Staff will come to your vehicle when you arrive and process all guests as you enter into the park. No need to park your vehicle or get out of the vehicle. The FASTPASS lane will travel through the entrance gate and loop around the back of the Welcome Center.

Please be aware of foot traffic entering and exiting the Welcome Center from customers who aren’t using FASTPASS. Parking attendants will help to merge guests that need to park and check-in at the Welcome Center.

BEFORE you arrive at Party in the Park, make sure to visit toptrails.net and sign our SmartWaiver. This can greatly reduce your wait time when you arrive at the park and it MUST be done for FASTPASS Check In.

ID checks (for UNDER 19 without a parent) will be happening out near the highway as you turn into the park. No admittance onto the property will be allowed if you’re underage without a parent.

Temporary parking, while you register, is available and you will be directed where to park – limited to 15-minute parking only.
Consider arriving on Thursday, or Friday for Party in the Park. All days are included in your Weekend Package ticket price and you will have easier entry, the first pick of primitive camping, and more riding!

For Annual Pass Holders, there will be a $25 admission price for Party in the Park weekend admission. Please be aware of this before traveling to the park this weekend.

Due to the high volume of people checking in, no sales of new Annual Passes / Memberships will be available during Party in the Park weekend.

If you’re camping in the full-hookups campground or park trailers, make sure to limit your campsite parking to a maximum of two on-highway vehicles. Do not block other campsites or parking spaces belonging to neighboring campsites.

IF YOU’RE PRIMITIVE CAMPING:

Primitive camping is first-come-first-served. We should have plenty of space for ALL campers at Party in the Park, but the best spots will be taken Thursday or Friday morning from the primitive camping zones.

NO PRIMITIVE CAMPING AT THE 4-WAY MAIN INTERSECTION. NO PRIMITIVE CAMPING IN THE NEW PARKING LOT (Closest to the Welcome Center), OR AT THE OLD MUD BOG AREA. Please note that camping at the new #MudZone is reserved for Southern Bounty Series competitors and race crews.

You’ll receive your primitive camping map and will have your choice of camping zones around the park. You find your zone and pick your spot.

There will be parking attendants patrolling the zones to help you find a good spot and to monitor the space used by each camper, and keep access roads clear through each campground.

Be conscious of how much space you take up with your primitive camping setup. If you only have 2 vehicles camping together don’t take up the space of 10 vehicles when setting up your site.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFO:

JAY’S SPORTS GRILL will be open Friday at 4pm for Dinner, Saturday and Sunday at 10am for Lunch and Dinner.

UNLIMITED TIRE SIZE! For Party in the Park, we’ll be lifting the tire regulations. So if you’ve got some big tires and have been wanting to visit the park, this is the perfect opportunity to do so!

NO REFUNDS will be given after you’ve purchased your admission due to weather or other unforeseeable events.

Please be aware of increased traffic on the trails for this event weekend. DO NOT BLOCK THE TRAILS when stopping to hang out while riding. Find a suitable open area to park that does not impede the flow of traffic through the trails.

EVENT SAFETY:

As we get ready to kick off Party in the Park, we’d like to stress a few SAFETY guidelines to remember while we’re all riding and having a good time this weekend.

* Helmets on 4 wheelers and motorcycles WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
* Wear your harnesses/safety belts in SXS/UTVs EVERY time you ride.
* Speed Limit is 15 MPH on all paved roads – this will be STRICTLY enforced during Party in the Park. Violators will be ejected from the park immediately. Excessive speed will not be tolerated during Party in the Park weekend.
* Pay attention to all Stop Signs on the roadways – they’re there for a reason. Make sure that no one is coming the other way.
* Keep your speeds to a minimum through the primitive camping areas.
* Donuts, burnouts, slinging rocks will not be tolerated in and around areas where people are crowded in.

Please be respectful of everyone and their equipment. This includes parking lots, primitive camping areas, concert and vendor areas, and near the Welcome Center. Spin your tires on the trails, not in public places.

We thank everyone for taking an extra moment to get up to speed on these safety regulations as well as our load-in and other regulations prior to our big weekend. We look forward to seeing everyone out at the park, enjoying some awesome MUD, MUSIC, and MACHINES! Everyone have a great weekend and stay safe!
