WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR Party in the Park 2022:

ARRIVING AT Party in the Park:

MAKE SURE TO SIGN THE SMARTWAIVER ON OUR WEBSITE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO THE PARK.

IF YOU PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE, HAVE YOUR TICKET READY TO DISPLAY FOR SCANNING! We highly suggest taking a screen-shot of your tickets prior to your arrival as cellular service may have limited reception on the day of the event. We will need a screen shot of both the barcode AND your ticket type (Weekend Package, Saturday Only, Member).

If you have purchased tickets online and have not received your ticket email please reach out to our staff in the Welcome Center immediately – Call 256-649-0813 or message us on Facebook.

FASTPASS CHECK-IN: FASTPASS check-in will be open Friday and Saturday. For FASTPASS check-in eligibility ALL of the guests in your party must have their tickets ready to scan AND have their Smartwaivers filled out online. Top Trails Staff will come to your vehicle when you arrive and process all guests as you enter into the park. No need to park your vehicle or get out of the vehicle. The FASTPASS lane will travel directly into the park and bypass the Welcome Center. Make sure to come back later in the weekend to shop in the Welcome Center!

BEFORE you arrive at Party in the Park, make sure to visit toptrails.net and sign our SmartWaiver. This can greatly reduce your wait time when you arrive at the park.

ID checks (for under 19 without a parent) will be happening out near the highway as you turn into the park. No admittance onto the property will be allowed if you’re underage without a parent if you don’t have the Under 19 Notarized Waiver fully completed. To learn more about Under 19 admissions without a parent visit: https://toptrails.net/under-19/

Temporary parking around the Welcome Center is available and you will be directed where to park – limited to 15-minute parking only.

Consider arriving on Thursday or Friday for Party in the Park. All days are included in your Weekend Package ticket price and you will have easier entry, the first pick of primitive camping, and more riding!

For Annual Pass Holders, there will be a $25 admission price for Party in the Park weekend admission. Please be aware of this before traveling to the park this weekend.

Due to the high volume of people checking in, no sales of new Annual Passes / Memberships will be available during Party in the Park weekend.

If you’re camping up in the full-hookups campground or park trailers, make sure to limit your campsite parking to a maximum of two on-highway vehicles. Do not block other campsites or parking spaces belonging to neighboring campsites.

IF YOU’RE PRIMITIVE CAMPING:

Primitive camping is first-come-first-served. We will have plenty of space for ALL campers at Party in the Park, but the best spots will be taken Thursday or Friday morning from the primitive camping zones.

You’ll receive your primitive camping map and will have your choice of camping zones around the park. You find your zone and pick your spot.
NO PRIMITIVE CAMPING IN THE NEW PARKING LOT (Closest to the Welcome Center on Road 12).  amping at the new #MudZone is reserved for Southern Bounty Series competitors and race crews.

See the Primitive Camping Map here: https://toptrails.net/about-the-park/primitive-camping-map/

There will be parking attendants patrolling the zones to help you find a good spot and to monitor the space used by each camper, and keep access roads clear through each campground.
Be conscious of how much space you take up with your primitive camping setup. If you only have 2 vehicles camping together don’t take up the space of 10 vehicles when setting up your site.

ATTENDING THE SOUTHERN BOUNTY SERIES RALLY RACE

Welcome to Party in the Park! This year’s event features a special rally racing challenge that will see a host of amazing drivers and machines push their limits on the trails. Drivers will race on a closed course circuit cut right through the trails and roads of the historic World War II facility that creates the road systems within the park to put on a show for the crowd!

However, this special event requires some additional items to be pointed out about our trail system during your stay. See our Rally Race Spectator Safety Guidelines to the right for some rules and regulations for this weekend in order to keep everyone safe.

Rally Race Spectator Safety Guidelines

1. Understand where the track is laid out within the park – the map to the left shows the layout of the course where the race will be held.

2. Beginning at dawn on Saturday, do not cross into any area that is being used for the racing surface, or the inside area of the racing course at any time, or for any reason until 6pm Saturday evening.

3. When racers are on the course, please watch from one of the designated spectator areas indicated on the map.

4. Never park or watch from a potential impact zone.

5. Be aware of your surroundings at all times near the race course area.

6. Any competitors scouting the course before the race must do so at a safe speed and in a responsible manner.

EVENT SAFETY:
As we get ready to kick off Party in the Park, we’d like to stress a few SAFETY guidelines to remember while we’re all riding and having a good time this weekend.
* Helmets on 4 wheelers and motorcycles WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
* Wear your harnesses/safety belts in SXS/UTVs EVERY time you ride.
* Speed Limit is 15 MPH on all paved roads – this will be STRICTLY enforced during Party in the Park. Violators will be ejected from the park immediately. Excessive speed will not be tolerated during Party in the Park weekend.
* Pay attention to all Stop Signs on the roadways – they’re there for a reason. Make sure that no one is coming the other way.
* Keep your speeds to a minimum through the primitive camping areas.
* Donuts, burnouts, slinging rocks will not be tolerated in and around areas where people are crowded in.
Please be respectful of everyone and their equipment. This includes parking lots, primitive camping areas, concert and vendor areas, and near the Welcome Center. Spin your tires on the trails, not in public places.
We thank everyone for taking an extra moment to get up to speed on these safety regulations as well as our load-in and other regulations prior to our big weekend.
